Are the pictures close to the real life colour?
We try our best to get the best colour depiction possible, however screen calibration and light effects can have a big effect on how you see the actual colour of the yarn. Make sure to check out the yarns on social media for comparison to other colours. Or maybe even catch us at yarn shows to see the real thing. Please be aware we dye in small batches and hand made products have the charm of being unique. We always recommend alternating new skeins to avoid colour difference.
What is the best way to care for my fresh Sheep Yarn?
Cold. Water. That’s the most important thing to hold on to (besides your skeins of course). Rinse your creations in cold water with a tiny drop of mild detergent. Swatch and wash your swatches to prevent surprises like bleeding colours. Bleeding: It is quite normal for hand dyed yarn to bleed on little on the first wash. Neons and reds are the most prone to bleeding. You can wash your skein before caking it up to be safe, or knit a swatch and wash it to see if there’s any bleeding happening. Reds don’t go well with whites. If your yarn is bleeding excessively, please get in contact with us through the contact formand we will replace your yarn.
Can I visit you, or pick up my order?
No. Our current workspace is not open for visitors. We hope to run our business from a studio or store in the future and of course you will be invited when we reach that stage.

What payment do you accept?
We accept Ideal, Paypal, credit and debit cards and other international payment methods. At craft fairs we accept cash and card but prefer card.
How long will shipping take?
Within the Netherlands? 1-2 days International? Up to 4 weeks. Please keep in mind that due to Covid, shipping has been delayed. Shipping companies usually don’t start an investigation until 6 weeks has passed.

Heck yes. If you’re a designer and think your design and our yarns will be a loving match then please get in contact with us through the contact form. Depending on the project, we offer designer discounts and with collaborations even full yarn support.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Orders can be returned up to 14 days after receiving the order. Please get in contact with us through the contact form. All postage costs are for the customer. Products need to be in original package and unused. Re-skeined, caked, used or unclean products will not be accepted. Please do not continue using faulty products and get in contact with us a.s.a.p. Custom orders and discounted products can not be returned or cancelled. Once we receive your return it will take several days to process it, please bear with us.
